CollectBot – collections posted from a photo of your ledger
A collection-posting assistant that runs inside the Claude desktop app and Chrome on the operator's own computer. The distributor system stays exactly as the company provides it.
Reads handwriting and marks
Tamil and English ledgers, ticks, "online" notes, CR, brackets and boxed rows are understood the way your collection staff write them.
Checks before it posts
Page totals, bracket totals and the system's own balances are reconciled. Any mismatch becomes a question for the operator, never a guess.
Never saves on its own
The bill list and total are shown and the save needs an explicit yes. After saving, balances are re-read to prove what was posted.
Excel and audit log
Two files per run: a preview before posting and a final report with Done, Partial, Omitted, Credit and Skipped statuses plus a timestamped audit sheet.

HUL LeverEDGE Manual Collection and Britannia DMS Bulk Collection today. One licence can cover both systems for a mixed distributor.
Your data stays yours
Photos and bills are processed in the operator's own Claude session. Ramapuli Soft's servers hold only licence and run records.
